1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to JustBAU. By accessing or using the website, native iOS or Android apps, or tools we operate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use JustBAU. The apps show the same JustBAU site; they are not a separate product.
JustBAU is operated by Onitsoga Labs, Inc., 82 Nassau St, Suite 62471, New York, NY 10038. That is who these Terms are with, and where paper mail goes.
These terms include New York governing law, a New York court venue, binding arbitration, and waivers of jury trial and of class, collective, and representative actions. That affects how disputes are resolved. See section 6.
2. Independence
JustBAU is a directory of public listings (BAUs). We do not employ, evaluate, or endorse Founders or listings. Contracts or payments between you and a Founder are between you and that person. We are not liable for broken contracts, unsatisfactory work, fraud, physical harm, or financial loss from those relationships.
JustBAU is not a healthcare provider, clinic, or medical-records system. A listing for therapy, coaching, or similar work is a public professional page, not care we deliver and not a patient file.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create a profile. Sign-in is Google or email — a magic link, a one-time code, or a password. A JustBAU account exists after you finish Sign up — agree to these Terms and give a first name — not at the first Google click or the first email code. JustBAU is offered in the United States for now — we currently operate for US users. Live listings need a US city pin or a list of US states, plus how you meet people. We may close accounts or take listings offline that do not meet these requirements. We may change where the product is offered; this page would be updated.
4. Your responsibility and content
You are responsible for your use of JustBAU: listings you publish, Contact Methods you add, who you contact or invite to contact you, and the settings you leave on. Creating an account turns on product news and marketing mail for your login email; you can leave those lists (section 8). Having an account also means we may send operational reminders, such as when a listing never went live or a live listing has sat untouched. Those messages go out because of your account and the settings around it — not because a separate agent is acting on your behalf. Conversations, work, and deals that follow from a listing or a Contact Method are between the people involved.
You are responsible for media, text, and Contact Methods you publish. You keep ownership. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, cache, and display that content so the product can run (including previews and sharing). We may suspend or remove accounts or listings for scraping, abuse, impersonation, or illegal solicitations.
A live listing needs a US city pin or a list of up to 10 US states, plus how you meet: you go to the client, they come to you, or you work remotely. City mode and state mode are separate. You choose the one that matches how you work. You do not need both. If you go to the client, you also set a travel distance. JustBAU is not a pin-less or worldwide directory. If a live listing no longer meets these rules, it may go offline and its public web address may become available for someone else to claim.
The listing pitch and Founder biography are for describing the work and the person, in plain language. Do not put websites, emails, phone numbers, or other ways to reach you in those fields. Use Contact Methods and the website or social fields. We may remove that kind of content when you save, refuse the save, hide a listing or profile from public pages, or take it offline.
Do not use JustBAU as a link dump, a spam or SEO farm, or to impersonate someone, run a scam, or advertise illegal work. JustBAU is a profile and presence tool for independent workers. It is not a marketplace, and it is not a place to sell leads or bury Contact Methods in a wall of text.
We may take a listing or Founder profile offline, hide it from search and public pages, or keep it from going live, at our discretion. That includes listings that do not meet the rules above, and listings or profiles we decide are not a fit for JustBAU. Saved work usually stays so you can edit it. We do not have to give advance notice.
A live listing is a public web page, and we treat it like one. We list it for search engines, include it in the files AI crawlers read, and tell indexing services when it changes. Once something has been fetched, copies of it live outside JustBAU and we cannot pull those back. Take a listing offline whenever you want; that stops us publishing it, not everyone who already read it. What is public and where it goes is spelled out in the Privacy Policy.
The JustBAU name, code, and design are ours. Some of what we serve was written by other people; those notices are in the third-party notices file.
5. Service As-Is
JustBAU is provided AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE. We do not warrant uptime or that URLs or search visibility will stay the same. We may change, pause, or stop features, and we may introduce paid options, with or without advance notice.
We measure how people use JustBAU — pages, clicks, and, after you sign in, an account identifier — so we can operate and improve the product. What we collect and who else sees it is in the Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law, venue, and waivers
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or JustBAU, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We currently operate JustBAU for users in the United States.
Disputes relating to JustBAU are resolved through binding individual arbitration in the State of New York. To the extent a dispute proceeds in court, you and Onitsoga Labs, Inc. agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, and you consent to venue there.
To the extent permitted by law, you and Onitsoga Labs, Inc. (and our affiliates) waive any right to a jury trial. You and we also waive any right to bring, join, or participate in a class, collective, or representative action or arbitration. Claims proceed individually.
7. Contact Methods
Contact Methods you put on a public BAU are meant for professional discovery. You can require sign-in before they are revealed. That reduces casual scraping; it does not make a public listing private.
Someone looking at a live listing can save a contact card of the Contact Methods they can see. That copy lives on their phone or computer, including a device contacts app. The same sign-in gate, when you turn it on, applies to that save.
8. Email, texts, and our lists
If you create an account or give us an email or phone (including through Support, Stay in touch, or Contact Method verification), we may email and text you about that account: sign-in and security, verification codes, listing status, policy notices, and related operational messages. That includes reminders when an account is sitting unfinished, a listing was written but never went live, or a live listing has not been touched in a long time. Codes, sign-in, and policy notices are not optional lists. Having an account means you can get those. You leave them by deleting the account, not by leaving news or marketing.
When you finish Sign up we add your login email — the Google address or the email you sign in with — to our product news list and our marketing list at Emailit. That is on by default, the same way for Google and for email sign-in. We do not put Contact Method addresses from a listing onto those lists. Stay in touch is not an account. It can put the address you type on product news (JustBAU updates) and offers and launches — the same lists account holders use.
We send product news and offers from those lists, and we may send required notices to every account. We may start other email lists of the same kind later — deals, launches, and the like — and add account holders to them without rewriting these Terms first.
That list permission is for email. We may later send promotional texts to a phone number you gave us (for example a verified Contact Method). If we start, we will update this page first, and those texts will say how to stop. This is not consent to sales calls, and it does not turn account mail into marketing.
You can leave news, marketing, or both at justbau.com/subscriptions. Those emails also carry an unsubscribe link in the footer; one click in your mail app is enough for that list. Leaving one list does not take you off the others, and leaving any of them does not stop sign-in, security, verification, or policy notices.
If mail to your address hard-bounces or gets reported as spam, we may stop sending to it, including messages you were expecting.
9. DMCA & Copyright
If you believe your work is infringed, use Support and choose the takedown category. Include enough detail for a formal DMCA notice. Repeat infringers may lose their accounts.

Questions about these Terms go through Support. That form is the public way to reach us. We do not publish a staff email or phone on this site.
