1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to JustBAU ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, applications, software, or tools, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT IMPACT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.

2. Platform Independence & Zero-Liability

JustBAU is fundamentally a platform and directory for Business Alias Units ("BAUs"). We provide the structural networking and discovery architecture. We do not employ, evaluate, or endorse the Founders or BAUs listed on this platform.

Any transactions, contracts, communications, or payments initiated between you and a Founder/BAU sourced through this Platform are exclusively between you and that user. We bare absolutely zero liability for broken contracts, unsatisfactory services, fraud, physical harm, or financial loss stemming from interactions originated on JustBAU.

3. Age Restriction

You must be at least inherently sixteen (16) years of age to construct a profile or utilize the business capabilities of this Platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Accounts belonging to users under 16 will be structurally terminated without notice.

4. User Conduct & Content Operations

You are solely responsible for all digital media, iconography, text, and connectivity links ("Content") you upload. You retain ownership over your Content, however, by providing it, you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to parse, host, cache, distribute, and structurally render your Content dynamically across our interfaces and marketing materials.

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or mathematically erase your account, BAUs, and associated datasets at any time, for any reason, particularly upon detection of scraping operations, abuse, impersonation, illegal solicitations, or network manipulation.

5. Service As-Is and Evolution

JustBAU is an evolving architecture. We provide the Platform on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warranty 100% uptime, nor do we guarantee that URLs, routing mechanics, or search algorithm visibility will remain unbroken. We reserve the right to mutate, permanently halt the Platform infrastructure, or institute paid models/paywalls for specific features without prior computational warning or financial recompensation.

Limitation of Liability for Technical Failures: We bear no liability for any lost datasets, strange interface formatting, data corruption, or "weird displaying of information" resulting from coding errors, edge-case bugs, external server hacks, or platform downtime.

6. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any legal dispute, claim, or structural controversy arising out of or relating to your use of JustBAU shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration in the State of New York, rather than in court. You agree to unconditionally waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit, class arbitration, or representative action against us.

7. Contact Vector Integrity

By posting contact endpoints (phone arrays, emails, third-party social endpoints) onto a public BAU profile, you expressly acknowledge that these vectors are intended for professional discovery and waive any localized designation of them as strictly "private." If you require security, utilize the Platform's built-in "Login Required" privacy toggle, though we cannot guarantee absolute protection against bad-actor scraping matrices.
