Delete your account

You can do this yourself while signed in.

1. Sign in to JustBAU.
2. Open the menu under your name in the header, then Founder Profile.
3. Scroll to Danger Zone and choose Delete my account.
4. Confirm. Your Founder Profile, listings, media, and sign-in records are removed.

This cannot be undone. Your listings go offline and the handles become available again.

Delete one listing

You can remove a listing without deleting your account.

1. Sign in and open Your listings from the header.
2. Open the listing you want to remove.
3. Choose Delete listing and confirm.

What goes and what stays

We delete your profile text, listings, media, Contact Methods, and authentication records (Google or email), and your handles go back into the pool.

We keep a closed-account record with the email address on it, plus the log of mail we already sent there, so a suppressed address cannot come back as a fresh account. We may keep anonymized logs for about 30 days for security. We do not currently process payments on this site, so we are not keeping card records here.

Pages that were public may still sit in someone else’s search index or cache for a while. Deleting takes them off JustBAU; it cannot reach into another company’s copy.
