What shaped you?

I come from a background in customer service, sales, and working directly with people. I’ve always been someone who likes figuring things out, taking initiative, and finding a way to make things work.

What drives me is independence and the ability to build something of my own. I wanted to create a business that uses the skills I already have while giving me the freedom to grow on my own terms.

What do you do when you're not working?

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with the people I care about, trying new food, playing video games, relaxing at home, and enjoying the little things. I also like finding new ways to grow and working toward my personal goals. I’m big on having a good balance between working hard, having fun, and enjoying life.

What you're into at the moment

Right now, I’m really into building my business, learning more about entrepreneurship, and figuring out new ways to grow Thames Operations. Outside of that, I’m into video games, trying new food, and finding ways to make everyday life a little easier. I’m also in a big “leveling up” phase right now, both personally and professionally.

Something people would not guess about you

Something people probably wouldn’t guess about me is how analytical I am. I tend to think through different possible scenarios and outcomes so I can be prepared for whatever happens. I like having a plan, even if I don’t always end up needing it.
